Listening users, one of my favorite’s
One of my favorite’s tasks in projects is to hear the words from end users, they live day by day Software issues and features, likes and dislikes.
When I hear their bad experiences always comes to me two different feelings.
First one is a “what a shame” feeling, where I imagine myself living their nightmares day by day or when I realize the user has a disapointment idea with Software providers in general.
The second one is a “what a great opportunity” feeling, where I have the chance to help a user to make his/her work easier and happier.
I like this kind of challenges so much, where it’s time to show the users they can trust in somebody who will worry for them.
