I’ve been working in IT business from 20 years ago.

I’ve been programmer (I still, love it), analyst, solutions designer, learning many programming languages, many technologies and methodologies like MSF, RUP, UML, etc.

In the Internet boom era I had a hosting, Internet services and Web Site development business.

I was Internet and quality area director, living experiences about CMMI implementation

I was production manager of a Software factory, where I experienced Software processes like PSP with CMMI implementation and project management with PMBOK without getting away from latest technologies like Java 2EE, .NET, etc.

Now I’m appasionate programmer and project manager running my own IT business.
